We only deliver within Australia. Delivery times and costs will differ depending on your location. Please note the delivery times are based on the business days (Monday – Friday excluding public holidays).
V By VIE uses Australia Post for all orders. Please check your shipping rate by entering your postcode at check out:
STANDARD (3-5 BUSINESS DAYS)
- Standard deliveries will usually take up to 3-5 business days from the time of purchase order.
- V by VIE cannot guarantee orders will be delivered within 3-5 business days. Please allow up to 7 business days for standard delivery.
- Please allow up to approximately two weeks for pre-ordered products.
- By definition: Pre-Order items are items that are currently in the middle of the production process. These items are not yet in stock and therefore not available to ship out. Date given as Delivery Date is the approximation of when the item is expected to be back in stock. Pre-Orders are processed as regular Orders. When Pre-Ordering an item your Credit Card will be charged. and will be shipped to you as soon as it arrives in our showroom.
All orders are dispatched from Sydney, Australia. A few extra days may be needed for deliveries to states outside NSW or in the rural areas.
The team at V By VIE would like to thank you for shopping with us. For some reason, if you decide to change your mind with our products, we will happily exchange your products/ refund subject to the following conditions:
- All returned items need to be in perfect unused condition complete with original packaging
- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase with a proof of purchase/ original receipt
- You must provide your name, phone number and address
- V By VIE is not responsible for any lost/ damaged items in transit
- Refunds will be for the item, not for the original postage costs
- You will be responsible for the return postage to get the item back to us and will need to pay for the delivery postage again
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN?
- Please email firstname.lastname@example.org your contact details and your reason of refund
- Once processed, we will send you a return form
- Please fill in the return form, attached with your invoice. You will be responsible in returning the product to us, including return postage and delivery postage again
- If you have received a faulty or damaged product upon delivery, simple lodge a return and we will arrange to have the item replaced
- No refunds are allowed for those who decides to change their minds after using the product(s).
- All faulty/ damaged goods must be returned to us for inspection
- If the item is faulty/ damaged or does not fit the item’s description as listed on the website, V By VIE will cover all postage costs and provide a full refund
